Optimization: Your bills are reviewed with an expert eye in order to reduce your
ongoing costs. Appropriate traffic is swept into "master" accounts. This means that all offices, telecommuters, and field
personnel can benefit from negotiated rates. We check to see that the contracted rates you negotiated are being properly applied
on your bill and that you are not paying for phantom services such as circuits to former locations, or circuits terminating
in the plenum. We also confirm that the services you're paying for belong to you and not a neighbor, divested unit, or any
