Help with Policies: Whenever you touch telecom, policy changes may be needed to clarify and to establish who can have what services, hardware and information.

 

Phone Tax Refund claim and documentation services: as a stand alone service: We will collect your past invoices and deliver a fully documented and a rock-solid refund claim on the right forms, in strict accordance with IRS regulations.

 

Contract Compliance Review: We review actual bills for compliance with the contracted rates that you negotiated.

We also have standardized TEM Relief Services for Business users spending $ 5,000. (Five thousand) to $50,000. (Fifty thousand).
